Fresh Loaf Cont’d

Well that loaf from this morning tastes pretty good but I think it needed more cooking time.  I put it in dutch oven at 500 F for 20 mins then removed cover and dropped temp to 400 F for 15 mins.  Next bake I will do 450 F for the last 20 mins.

I also increased the hydration from 64-70% using breadCalc, which is a great online bread utility.
